The clip, now circulating online courtesy of The Cine Geek, showcases the last surviving members of an ill-fated space crew confront the notorious xenomorph, also known as the perfect organism. This scene perfectly echoes the legendary aesthetic introduced by Ridley Scott in 1979.
The footage highlights Babou Ceesay’s character, Morrow, navigating an unnamed spaceship. He sits tensely in the illuminated MU/TH/UR 6000 control room, a space full of tempting buttons and switches. While Morrow’s role remains ambiguous—whether he’s the captain or possibly an android trying to maintain control amidst chaos—he delivers a chilling update to MU/TH/UR: the “Specimen is loose.” Despite a fellow crew member’s desperate pleas, Morrow grimly verifies to the computer that the crew is deceased and the ship’s ominous destination is Earth, aligning with the series title.
For the first time, audiences will witness weekly encounters with xenomorphs, bringing the threat closer than ever in a narrative that ties into Earth’s dark history of alien encounters, including the legendary Predator saga.
