Every REPO monster is a unique challenge with distinct behaviors you’ll need to understand to survive. Though some, like the demonic duckling, might look terrifying, others are far more dangerous, while some are simply bluffing threats. Identifying which monsters are truly deadly and which are more benign isn’t straightforward. This guide ranks REPO monsters by their threat level, providing insights on their behaviors and tips to defeat them when possible.

A tricky enemy to dodge is the Hidden, invisible yet detectable by its heavy breathing when it’s near. Touching the Hidden results in being randomly relocated without HP loss, complicating your return to the extraction point. The risk increases if you’re dropped near a fiercer monster.

The Spewer may not inflict direct damage, but it causes significant trouble. It attaches to a player, expelling poison that can hurt teammates or damage loot. While it can harm other monsters, it’s unreliable. Try to escape from or shake off the Spewer before it clings to you.

The aptly named Animal, a spider-like crawler, deals minimal damage, just 2 HP per hit, making it easily disposable. Use any weapon to take it out.

Despite their homicidal tendencies, these gnome-like creatures are among the least threatening REPO monsters. They attack in groups of four but are manageable if you throw them away quickly.

Avoid eye contact with the Shadow Child, an entity with a baby-faced appearance but a lethal grasp. Its teleportation skill means it can pop up without warning, though its presence is announced by creepy laughter. Evade its gaze or quickly close in with a melee attack.

Although the Apex Predator is endearing, it’s highly annoying. Mistaking a player as its mother, it persistently follows and stands in their path. Resisting the urge to interact is best, as touching it triggers a prolonged biting attack, potentially turning you into a Broken One.

A Rugrat is quick for its size, capable of hurling items causing substantial damage. You need a weapon to defeat it unless your strength is upgraded.

The Bowtie, a large shouting blob, can push you away and into obstacles or other dangers but is easily vanquished with most weapons.

The Eye, found on ceilings, harms slowly by drawing attention. It’s avoidable if you’re cautious, retreating if spotted in a new room.

Small and explosive, Bangers charge at you, detonating on impact. It’s safer to toss them away swiftly, using their explosion strategically against other threats.

The Headman, a floating menace, is hard to miss due to its eerie sounds. Avoid its gaze or risk severe biting damage if it charges.

The Reaper, though fatal with its silent slashing, is not perceptive. Protect yourself by hiding or attacking from a distance.

The lethality of the Chef lies in its sudden blade attacks, avoidable with evasive maneuvers. Exploit the interval post-miss to flee or strike.

Steer clear of the Mentalist; its telekinesis lifts and slams you down. This enemy is difficult to elude due to its teleportation abilities.

Do not confuse the Upscreams with the Animal; these creatures incapacitate solo players, necessitating teamwork for a successful fight.

The Huntsman, blind but attentive to sound, tracks by hearing. Time your actions strategically to avoid his gunfire.

The slow-moving Trudge is detectable by its heavy steps, yet lethal upon close contact. Alert for its shockwave attacks.

The Clown emits lasers and swipes; it’s menacing yet sluggish and with poor hearing.

Lastly, the Robe stalks stealthily before launching an aggressive attack when noticed. Your best defense is speed and concealment.
