FC 25 TOTS represents the Team Of The Season, a staple spring promo in the series. It celebrates players who have performed exceptionally in domestic leagues over the past nine months. Fans began voting for their top stars of the season in mid-April. This promo is the inaugural one following FC 25 Immortals and overlaps in timing with FC 25 Season 7 Ladder Players. The TOTS festivities commenced on Friday, April 25, and continue until the second week of June.
The FC 25 TOTS release schedule launched on Friday, April 25, with the introduction of cards from Ligue 1, Eredivisie, and Arkema Premier League into packs. This year, there are no FC 25 TOTS Live upgrades. Nevertheless, a couple of ongoing campaigns still provide dynamic cards: FC 25 FUT Fantasy FC and FC 25 RTTF (Road To The Finals). The Team Of The Season event might lead to a decrease in secondary market prices for these players.
Contrary to previous years, there are no FC 25 TOTS free items at the launch. (For context, the FC 24 edition offered everyone a Live TOTS Guarantee pack.)
