In a recent conversation with Variety, Isaacs expressed, “Meryl Streep. She can do anything, that woman. There’s literally no limit to what she can do,” he remarked, leaving many astonished with his choice.

Reflecting on the original films, Isaacs remarked how the production experience wasn’t always thrilling, noting, “they weren’t that much fun to make,” due to the monotony of producing major special effects films. However, he cherishes the aftermath, acknowledging, “I see and meet people for whom their lives were changed by it,” and believes when they claim the series saved their lives.
